What have you done?

What have you done?

What have you done?
What have you done?

Yes, four little words that can strike fear into the heart of any child “What have you done?”!  However, in our case, it is much more positive than that!  At La Maison Pacifique it is our aim to provide our guests with the most luxurious holiday experience, supported by superior accommodation in a beautiful setting and which all five senses can respond to.  So, how do we do this?  With care and attention to detail….

Touch

Touch
Touch

It is important that all our items in our luxury beachfront holiday home are precious to us, but not so precious that they are likely to break.  Our design choices have been carefully crafted around the brief to ensure that they are beautiful and practical – and can be touched!  That doesn’t mean we don’t get the odd breakage, but we do hope that our guests care too and are able to enjoy our personalised pieces.

Another option is to spend a day (or at least some time) at The Workshop, Cabarita Beach.  The Workshop is a vibrant, fun and luxurious health and beauty destination located in beautiful Cabarita Beach. They provide their clients with the very best in beauty, hair and make-up services, our aim is to please, to delight and to make each and every client look, feel and be fabulous. It’s the perfect one-stop-shop for a treat – or could be a perfect option before your next big event.  They do specialise in caring for brides for their perfect wedding.

Feel

Feel
Feel

We are often told that the pictures of our beachfront holiday home do not do it justice.  Despite our best efforts, part of it is because a two dimensional photo can never catch the ambience, the calm sophistication nor the total feeling of relaxation as you delight in your peaceful surrounds.  We try to do this with words, but the reality is, the feeling of peace, tranquility and luxury can only best be experienced first hand.

Feel the serenity kick in as you walk in the gate, down the front deck to the cantilevered glass front door.  A quick insert of your personalised code, a click and then delight awaits.  Turn the corner for the first breathtaking view of the lounge and living areas, punctuated by the funky red ball chairs which draw the eye towards the garden – but not before stopping at the fireplace.  The pool sparkles on the left and just beyond is the spa, ready for you to relax.  The garden and the beach are beyond….

Feel the sand between your toes, the salt drying on your skin, the rough shape of the seashells you collect along the beach, the soft textures of your linen, the warmth of the sun on your face, or perhaps the cooling water from your dive into the swimming pool.   Feel the peace.

Smell

La Maison Pacifique Candle
La Maison Pacifique Candle

It is not just that our beachfront property “smells” clean, but that it is.  Our experienced team of professionals take serious pride in the work they do – and we thank  Di, Lisa, Dave, and Adrian and their teams sincerely for their efforts.  They are as passionate about La Maison Pacifique as we are and take time and care that the same high level of cleanliness is experienced by every guest.

However it is not just about cleanliness, it is about our sensory La Maison Pacifique candle as well.  A gift for every visiting group, the candle evokes the smell of a relaxing beachfront getaway and we hope will tempt our guests to return.

Or it could be about the delicious smell of the sea air, the delectable dishes you are cooking in the oven, or the scented water of your deep in-room bath as you soak your cares away….  Awaken your senses.

Taste

Breakfast at Cabarita Beach
Breakfast at Cabarita Beach

This is not just about equipping our kitchen with a great range of cooking utensils and equipment (yes, including a pizza oven, capuccino machine, steam oven and Weber-Q BBQ) but ensuring that there is enough to go around.  Yes, we do include plastic containers to store food in the fridge.  Yes, we do include plastic picnic ware, salad bowls, platters, placemats and salad servers.  There is more than the standard saucepans and frypans and yes, we even have baking, biscuit and muffin trays.  To complement all this, there are an array of cookbooks ready for those budding Masterchefs out there – and if you don’t feel like cooking, read Lisa and Pete‘s blogs and/or try the wonderful foods at Mockingbird Cafe, Kingscliff Bowls Club, Babalou, Choux Box, Fins, Pequena (for the next 2 months), Marty’s at Caba, the Caba Bakehouse, Blue Moon Cafe, Osteria, Spice Den or the Cabarita Beach Surf Club.  We recommend them all! (oh, and accompanied by wines from Cellarbrations Taphouse Cellars or Emmanuel’s Wine Shop).

See

Where do we start?  See the beautiful sunsets from our own beach?  Have a quick look at the Kingscliff or Cabarita Beach Surf Cams and decide if you are up for a surf?  Wander the beautiful national parks we highlighted in Pete’s Top things to Do, or maybe head to the “big smoke/Gold Coast” and try out the “worlds”.  Is whale watching your thing?  From June to November each year the whales are out in force and can be easily spotted from our beach..  Maybe you are up for a swim? How about Byron Bay or Murwillumbah? The local Markets? And that is just the start!  For the latest in gigs and events on the Tweed each week, we like Tweedscene but you can also read our blogs and newsletters for other great things to do.

So, what have we been doing lately?

Well after all that igniting of your senses, we have not been resting on our laurels!  We have responded to our guests and undertaken a considerable upgrade of our beautiful home, in line with our vision.  This has included:

  • Two new services – payment via paypal and groceries on-line meet and unpack.  All designed to ensure our guests start their holiday as soon as they arrive
  • Our new links with local Kingscliff Wedding Venues – yes, we do provide a luxury accommodation choice for weddings.  Our Northern Rivers NSW coast is a popular choice for Destination Weddings
  • Our La Maison Pacifique Candle – a gift for every arriving group
  • Installation of solar panels on our roof – 31 brand spanking new solar panels – all in an effort to respond to a need to reduce our environmental impact
New deck at La Maison Pacifique
New deck at La Maison Pacifique
  • Upgrade and servicing of our airconditioning system – this now automatically switches off after three hours, and allows guests to enjoy the cool, but again reduce energy consumption.  It is easy to turn back on – just hit the on switch!  (mind you, we just tend to open the windows and let the cooling sea breeze in..)
  • Spa upgrade – a one touch system to turn the spa on and which will automatically turn off after 30 minutes
  • New entrance deck – we SO love this new deck and in 2014 we will also replace the two decks around the pool area
  • New kitchen equipment – we don’t let our equipment get too old – and we understand wear and tear…  We have recently purchased new saucepans, frypans and griddles ready for our guests.  We’ve also put in a few more platters ready for your feasts and there are more than enough glasses for everyone
  • Our yearly maintenance week – due in November will again repaint any marked walls, pest service, professional carpet, leather & upholstery cleaning, spring clean and electrical check as a start.  This is in addition to our regular checks and is all about ensuring La Maison Pacifique enthralls its guests
  • General ongoing maintenance – thanks to our great friend Richard who has been slaving away ensuring everything looks spic and span for our Spring-Summer guests.

Have we convinced you yet?  Now really is the time to book your next holiday.  We are booking fast but still have some weeks available before 2013 ends.  Contact me and I would love to make your holiday great!

Happy holidays – dream about what is possible; believe you can do it; make the most of your annual leave; plan, book and enjoy your holiday; then dream about where you will go next!  It is your turn!

Sadly, we can’t take the credit for compiling list this but Matt Stabile of TheExpeditioner.com can and has obviously spent a bit of time compiling the Top 50 Travel Blogs for this quarter.

You may not think that winter could be your favourite time to visit the beach but there are benefits and many fun winter beach activities to enjoy! With fewer people and a real chance to relax, an Australian winter holiday can be a perfect time for a mid-year getaway.

Let’s not forget that the Northern Rivers area (Tweed Coast to Byron Bay) is the perfect spot for the winter getaway.  With mild weather and cool nights, its the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beach – and you are only 90 minutes by car from Brisbane or 20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport.

Wow!  That turned out a little bigger than I imagined, but we do hope it has inspired you to visit our beautiful Northern Rivers area and come and enjoy the many delights, sights, foods and sounds that are in abundance.

Happy holidays – dream about what is possible; believe you can do it; make the most of your annual leave; plan, book and enjoy your holiday; then dream about where you will go next!  It is your turn!

Responsible Travel Tips

Responsible Travel Tips

Responsible Travel Tips
Responsible Travel Tips

It is always good to think about how we travel responsibly so we have researched some great responsible travel tips perfect for your next holiday.  Traveling light (including leaving a light footprint on your energy and water usage) can not only help the local communities and businesses but can ensure that you remain committed to your “green” goals.  Thanks to blogger Elyse Le Cerf who inspired this article.  Our additions are in italics!

1- Community Based Tourism Initiatives such as homestays are a great way to support the local communities you’re visiting. Research these accommodation options and immerse yourself in local culture.  Also, consider whether a holiday home rental might be more appropriate for your group.

2- Regardless of destination, think about how much waste you are producing. Many countries don’t have proper waste disposal facilities. Buy products with less packaging and try reuse what you already have such as refillable drink bottles. If your holiday home has an opportunity to recycle, separate your waste into the appropriate bins to reduce local landfill.

3- Water use is a major issue in many countries; reduce your water usage as much as possible. Fact: water use of 100 guests for 55 days in a luxury hotel will support 100 families in a developing country for 3 years.  Does your holiday home have flow reducers?  Most new homes do, but check when you get to holiday places which are greater than 10 years old.

4- Think about where you money is going. It is important to buy products that you can see will support local communities instead of foreign investors. Local markets are a great place to source local produce.  You can also get a great array of fresh and organic produce and can be tempted by a range of different tastes.

5- Travel light. Pack only what you need. Less baggage = less for you to carry and also reduces your carbon footprint.  …and if you are missing something, buy local.  You are not only helping the communities but you may be able to purchase something special that is unique.

6- Eat local food and support street vendors and restaurants that source their food locally – you’ll be supporting the country’s small farmers instead of large foreign corporations.  I love this one.  There are so many local cafes and restaurants, many who proudly show their links with local producers and businesses.  You can be almost guaranteed the food will be fresher and tastier from local suppliers – after all their livelihood depends on their quality!

7- When bartering at a local market think about who will benefit more from that $1 – It’s probably worth a lot more to the stallholder.  Many local artisans (food and produce) run with very low overheads so their prices already reflect this. By being reasonable, you are enabling them to try new products and initiatives which can delight now and into the future.

8- Learn some of the local language. You’ll be surprised how many friends you’ll make just by making the effort. Sure, it can be embarrassing, but also lots of fun – particularly when traveling with children.

9- Remember that you’re in someone else’s country – respect local culture, customs and laws. What is appropriate in your culture may not be in another country.  Even within many countries there are different cultures.  Just be culturally aware – but also aware of your own rights and obligations.

10- Ask permission before taking photographs of people. Use it as an opportunity to practice the local language and get to know new people.  Sounds commonsense doesn’t it.  Many people really don’t mind but it is always nice (and polite) to ask.

Thanks again to Elyse Le Cerf for her article “Top 10 Responsible Travel Tips”.  We do hope you have found this interesting and informative – ready for your next holiday.

Happy holidays – dream about what is possible; believe you can do it; make the most of your annual leave; plan, book and enjoy your holiday; then dream about where you will go next!  It is your turn!

Beach Holiday Tips for Summer

Beach Holiday Tips for Summer

Beach Holiday Tips for Summer
Beach Holiday Tips for Summer

Summer is just a few months away and we think now is the perfect time for Beach Holiday Tips for Summer! Once you have made the decision and booked your beautiful luxury beachfront accommodation, then there is time to stop and think about our best tips to will ensure that your upcoming beach holiday is the best yet.

Inspired by the articles “10 Smart Tips for Better Beach Vacations”, and “Enjoying a fun and hassle-free beach holiday with your family” we’ve Australianised the content and added a few tips of our own!

The Top Dozen

  1. A lifeguard tip – always looked downwind for lost (small) children. Why? Because nine times out of 10 a small child will follow the path of least resistance and walk with the wind. So if your child goes missing on the beach, try following the wind first.
  2. Baby powder on the skin allows clinging sand to slip right off.
  3. Slip (on a shirt), Slop (on sunscreen), Slap (on a hat), Seek (shade), Slide (on sunglasses).
  4. Pack a small spray bottle filled with vinegar in your beach bag. If anyone gets stung by a jellyfish, vinegar takes the sting out.
  5. Shop locally and look at your shop-a-dockets.  You are not only helping the local economy, you may find discounts for meals and sightseeing, and this could add up to quite a lot of savings.
  6. Bring a very bright umbrella/sun shade and set up our towels and gear near a large landmark (like the lifeguard flags). It makes it easy for kids to find their way back  if they lose track of where they are on the beach, or if they are playing in the water and drift a bit.
  7. Swim between the flags – and other tips from Surf Life Saving Australia.
  8. Choose your destination wisely. With so many beautiful beach destinations out there, the choices might overwhelm you. Consider a few things including the date of your holiday, the number of days you’ll be spending, and of course, your budget. These factors will definitely make choosing your destination much easier.
  9. Know when and when not to take advantage of promotionsMake sure that they will not let you sacrifice your family’s comfort or enjoyment. For example, booking a cheaper airfare may sound like a good idea, but if it means dealing with cramped seats and lesser baggage allowance, spending a little more on your tickets may be a better option.
  10. Prepare your children for the holidayIf it’s your children’s first time to travel, talk to them about what they can expect during the trip.  If they are old enough, think about involving them in planning your holiday – or at least some of the fun activities you plan.
  11. Pack light but wisely Packing can really be a tedious task, especially when you are going to the beach with the whole family. Don’t overload and bring only the essential items for your beach holiday. Think about some cute swimwear for your children to make them more excited about the whole trip.
  12. Finally, make sure your children are safe during your holiday. Chose activities wisely, and minimise risks by watching them.  Consider a necklace/chain with your mobile phone number on a fun “tag” which the children can wear in case of emergencies.

All this talk about holidays really make me want to go now!  However, Summer is just a few months away and with the great weather we are already experiencing this winter in Casuarina (and some fun winter beach activities we have prepared for you), now could be the best time to inspire you to make that booking!

Happy holidays – dream about what is possible; believe you can do it; make the most of your annual leave; plan, book and enjoy your holiday; then dream about where you will go next!  It is your turn!

Kingscliff Summer Beach and Surf Safety

Kingscliff Summer Beach and Surf Safety

Kingscliff Summer Beach and Surf Safety
Kingscliff Summer Beach and Surf Safety

We’ve searched high and low to find you the best tips for Kingscliff Summer, Beach and Surf Safety.  We know summer is coming.  We know that many of us have already planned that beach getaway.  The sun is already out and shining here on the Tweed Coast (including Kingscliff), so from now is the perfect time for thinking about staying safe on holidays.

Many people will be traveling to the Tweed Coast. With more than 37 km of unspoilt coastline, a subtropical climate and charming seaside towns of Kingscliff, Casuarina and Cabarita Beach, The Tweed is a haven for holiday-makers from now right through until Easter next year – many with children and family in tow.  In an effort to ensure that we all stay safe, read on for the best summer, beach and surf safety tips.

Of course – we should have realised from the get-go that the experts are our own Surf Life Saving Australia, so below are their great tips on  how to stay summer, beach and surf safe this summer.  Yes, this is a little early for the summer tips but a little forward planning (particularly when deciding what to pack for your holidays) can help reduce your risk of injury on holidays.

So, thanks Surf Life Saving Australia – your tips are great!

Tips to make your day at the beach even safer

Swim between the red and yellow flags at the beach. The red and yellow flags indicate the safest place to swim when lifeguards and lifesavers patrol beaches.

  • Always swim or surf at places patrolled by lifesavers or lifeguards. (Kingscliff Beach, Kingscliff-Salt, Cabarita Beach)
  • Always swim under supervision.
  • Read and obey the signs.
  • If you are unsure of surf conditions, ask a lifeguard or lifesaver.
  • Don’t swim directly after a meal.
  • Don’t swim under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Always check the depth of the water.
  • Never run or dive in the water. Even if you have checked the depth, water conditions can change.
  • If you get into trouble in the water, stay calm. Signal for help, by holding up one arm and waving, float and wait for assistance.
  • Use 30+ sunscreen and wear a shirt and hat. Remember to reapply sunscreen after swimming.
  • Learn how to spot a rip and keep clear of it. A rip can be recognised by sand coloured or rippled water running out to sea when the water on either side is generally cleaner. The waves may also be larger and breaking further out to sea on both sides of the rip.
  • Keep the beach clean, put your rubbish in a bin and keep off the duned areas. They are there to preserve the beach environment.

Sun Safety

  • Apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before going into the sun and reapply regularly, particularly after swimming; Use a broad spectrum sunscreen (minimum 30+)
  • Protect yourself at all times – SLIP, SLOP, SLAP – (put on a shirt, put on some sunscreen and put on a hat)  (Note: later recommendations also say to consider sunglasses too)
  • Note: In Australia the sunlight is so strong that even when you are using a SPF high-rated sunscreen, you will still develop a tan.

Prevention of Dehydration

Beaches – frequently asked questions

Q: Where is the safest place to swim at beaches?

The red and yellow flags mark the safest part of the beach to swim, and it is also the area constantly under surveillance by the lifesavers/lifeguards.

Q: What are the conditions like?

If you have a question when at a patrolled beach, do not hesitate to ask the lifesaver/lifeguard. They are trained to help you.

Q: What is a rip?

A rip is a seaward-moving water current. After waves have broken and run to the shore, the accumulated water then moves away from the shore through a pathway of least resistance – usually the deepest point. This moving pathway is called a rip.

Q: Where do rips occur?

Rips occur along almost all stretches of beach and in and around rocks, breakwalls or any permanent fixture in the ocean. The larger the waves, the stronger and larger the rips. Most seaward-running rips normally end not far beyond the level of the breaking waves.

Q: What do I do if I get caught in a rip?

Side currents can cause people to be washed off safe swimming areas where waves break on sandbars. Staying calm is essential. Not swimming directly against the rip is important and strong swimmers only should swim at an angle across the rip. At patrolled beaches it is best to request assistance by raising a straight arm and calling out for help. Floating and conserving energy is important until help arrives.

Struggling against a rip is a quick way to exhaustion and a step closer to panic and tragedy.

Kingscliff Wedding Venues

Kingscliff Wedding Venues
Kingscliff Wedding Venues

Given our beautiful beachfront location (with easy access to the beach), we are often asked if we would consider our luxury beachfront holiday home as an option for Kingscliff Wedding Venues.

Our answer to this is sadly, no.  We believe that in our quest to offer our guests the most perfect wedding available, we will stick to what we know best – that is luxury beachfront accommodation perfect for either the bride and her attendants (beautiful photo opportunities abound around the home) or a family/guest group.

Imagine your wedding day when you wake up in a four poster, king-size bed (with wafting muslin curtains), with a light breeze ticking your face, the sun streaming through the picture window and a luxurious bathroom with its own in-room bath just waiting to be run….  This could be your reality!

mmm…  Better stop dreaming….  ok, back on track now…

In an effort to answer your questions, we have come up with three wonderful, local, Kingscliff Wedding Venues suggestions which can offer a personalised service aimed at making your day memorable, special and just the way you had always planned.

Kingscliff/Casuarina Wedding Planner

However, before we start, how about some tips on a local wedding planner?

Casuarina Weddings has been created to offer brides and grooms to be the opportunity to hold their wedding in a relatively untapped location, in their own unique way. Casuarina is the perfect place for a beach/garden/industrial/rustic/vintage or fine-dining wedding. An array of accommodation options also allows for couples to facilitate an entire wedding weekend with their guests from near and far.

Kristy at Casuarina Weddings is also an amazing photographer – check out some recent photos on her Figtree Pictures Facebook page.  Kristy says “We are boutique photography service following love and beautiful weddings from Brisbane to Byron Bay and beyond”.

Casuarina Weddings also lists some other services you may be interested in through their online directory.

Kingscliff Wedding Venues Option 1: Babalou at the Kingscliff Hotel

Babalou say “Where the past and future meet in harmony, a perfect starting place for your marriage awaits.

The timeless elegance of our venue and its’ surrounds share in over 100 years of established history. Our spectacular views, welcoming ambience and historical character will allow you to spend this special day indulging in our exquisite cuisine and impeccable service.”

Sounds pretty good doesn’t it!  The wedding venue is pretty funky too – and you can download their function menu online.  Oh – and an added benefit – they run a free 10-seater shuttle bus service locally on Friday and Saturday evenings to help transport your guests to their accommodation (bookings required).

Kingscliff Wedding Venues Option 2: Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club

The Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club’s Waves Function Room will offer you a tranquil and elegant setting for your Wedding Reception, and they take great pride in their ability to offer a friendly and informative service to help make your special day go exactly as planned.

Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club is situated on the beach at Kingscliff, on the pristine Northern New South Wales Coast, and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.

In addition to their Function Room facilities, Kingscliff Beach Bowls Club can also accommodate an outdoor Wedding Ceremony. Your Ceremony can be held on the white sandy Kingscliff Beach fronting the Club, or in the adjacent parkland.  Plenty of options there!

Kingscliff Wedding Venues Option 3: Osteria or Spice Den

Casuarina Weddings exclusively looks after the bookings for the only two Wedding venues in the Casuarina area – Osteria & the Spice Den.  Casuarina is the next small town south of Kingscliff and offers a true getaway experience.

Osteria

The Osteria is an eclectic venue based in the heart of Casuarina Beach. Just a stone’s throw from the pristine beaches, the venues offers one of the most unique wedding venues on the Tweed Coast. With its rustic charm, and industrial edge, the space can be transformed into something unique and noteworthy.

Spice Den

Other Wedding Tips/Ideas

Of course we could not finish this without providing you with some other great weddings tips :-).  We don’t profess to know all the answers, but feel free to read our recent Destination Weddings blog.

Ordering Groceries online for your holiday

Ordering Groceries Online for your Holiday

Ordering Groceries online for your holiday
Ordering Groceries online for your holiday

As a family who loves to spend time in holiday apartments and homes, a great Holiday tip from us is all about ordering groceries online for your holiday home.

I know this sounds simple, but is it?  Does your holiday rental property manager offer this as an extra service?  Is there a local concierge service you can tap into?  Why would you do this anyway?  What are the costs?  Is it really that convenient?

Is ordering groceries online available in my holiday location?

Firstly, access the standard Coles online and Woolworths online website.  All you do is put in the postcode of your holiday location and voila!  You find out whether you can even organise this before you go.

If they don’t have the service available, google your location (ie. Casuarina) and “order groceries online”.  This should give you the list of websites who offer online grocery ordering in your area.

Does my holiday rental offer a grocery service?

Next, chat to your friendly holiday rental property manager.  Do they offer a grocery service?  By this I mean will they meet the delivery truck when it arrives and then unpack all your groceries into the pantry/fridge/freezer?  Expect an hourly rate charge, but for the convenience of having it all done for your arrival, that sounds just fantastic to me!

At La Maison Pacifique, we have just started a new grocery service for $40-/hour.  Our fabulous property assistant Lisa will meet the truck and as promised sort all your groceries into the home.  This reduces the risk of any spoilage.

Is there a concierge service available?

At La Maison Pacifique, we pride ourselves on offering the best possible services to our discerning guests.  As property manager, it is my job to ensure that you have a great time on your holiday (as much as is possible at least!) by offering extra services at competitive rates.  Need some flowers delivered?  Done.  Would you like champagne and chocolates for your arrival?  Not a problem.  Need some information on booking tours and attractions? Happy to help.  Need an extra clean of the home during your stay?  Can all be arranged.  Just ask me and I will send you a quote.

Why would you be ordering groceries online for your holiday?

OK, so your flight gets in late and you are traveling with kids.  Mmmm..  First stop grocery store? Probably – but what a hassle. Will it be open?  Maybe, maybe not.  This is especially pertinent in holiday locations – and sometimes can be affected by daylight savings times (note: nearby QLD does not go to daylight savings time, so we operate by two times on the border -“NSW time” or “QLD time” when daylight savings is on.  Make sure you clarify this when making any bookings, going shopping or making appointments.

By ordering groceries online and utilising a holiday home’s grocery service, this takes all the stress out of your holiday arrival and means that you can relax from the moment you arrive (and open that cool drink you have been longing for….).  You can also focus on all the activities or events you want to go to!

What are the costs?

Despite what they say, I reckon the grocery prices online can be slightly more expensive that an in-person shop.  Having said that, specials are offered and with just a small delivery fee from the supermarket/grocer, it is certainly worth considering.  There is also a “click & collect” option allowing you to have a parcel pick up from a local store.  Be mindful though – from what I can tell our Click and Collect store for Woolworths is at Tweed Heads (and not the newly opened Woolworths at Cabarita Beach nor nearby Kingscliff).

There will also be a charge from the property manager/concierge service.  At La Maison Pacifique, we have kept this at a reasonable $40/hour.  We can ask that the delivery driver notify us 10 minutes before their arrival (noting that you will have indicated a time slot on check out which you will have advised us previously), meaning that we expect that most services would not exceed the hour.  This may change if you have more than one delivery arriving (ie. from the bottleshop or a separate green grocer), but this will all be explained when you book.

If you have any questions before or during the process, feel free to ask.

Is it really that convenient?

In a word – YES!!!  I have done this many times both personally and for clients and the relief of having everything there on your arrival is priceless.  Your holiday can then start from the moment you arrive and this service provides a real opportunity of peace (and capacity to feed the hungry hordes) no matter how far you have traveled.

So, do we recommend ordering groceries online for your holiday?  Yes.  Do we think it is affordable?  Of course.  Just think of that cool drink waiting for your arrival and some nibblies just waiting to be served.  The beach is beckoning and I am on my way!

Happy holidays – dream about what is possible; believe you can do it; make the most of your annual leave; plan, book and enjoy your holiday; then dream about where you will go next!  It is your turn!
